President Obama Signs the IMPACT Act of 2014
The Improving Medicare Post-Acute Care Transformation (IMPACT) Act of 2014 was signed into law in October 2014. The act will standardize assessments for critical care issues across post-acute care providers. AHCA has assembled a summary of the 5 parts to the IMPACT Act and a timeline.
